By accessing and utilizing the Batebec platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Batebec ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), located at Baker Street 416, Birmingham, United Kingdom.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services. Your continued access to the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any modifications we may make to these terms in the future.

Batebec provides specialized game development services and chart strategy integration solutions for enterprise clients. Our platform facilitates real-time market analysis, mobile gaming architecture deployment, and predictive modeling services.

All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Batebec reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with notice provided to active subscribers at least 30 days in advance.

All content, features, and functionality on the Batebec platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Batebec or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, but grant Batebec a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BATEBEC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.

Our total aggregate liability arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Batebec in the twelve months preceding the claim.
